Baby leaf spinach, a bit of nutmeg and cooked eggs. A perfect and healthy start of the day!
- 2 or 3 eggs
- baby leaf spinach
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- nutmeg
- seasoning
- Take a bowl and stir the eggs, the Parmesan cheese and the spinach. Season with salt, pepper and a little but of nutmeg.
- Preheat a pan.
- Poor in the mixture, and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
- Use a spatula to turn the omelet over and let it, again, cook for 2 or 3 minutes
- Now the inside of the omelet is still raw, so you have to cook it for 3 more minutes on a low fire.
- Serve on a plate and enjoy a great healthy breakfast!
